Brilling Caps are a food item gathered from Popping Mushrooms in the Cave of Ringing Wind. When eaten they will restore +10 Health. They are also used in the quest "Get mushroom caps".
To gather these caps, the player must find Popping Mushrooms in the Cave and slay them. They are elusive but can be located by listening for odd popping noises and strange holes in the ground.
