A Fire Pit is a player made source of light. It keeps Nightmares at bay and can be used to cook food. Standing near it will gradually heal the player. It cannot be placed on flooring. It is made using 3 Wood, 6 Stones, and 2 Flint. Upon creation a fire pit is lit.
If it burns out, it can be relit using Wood, Mucus, Twigs, and Saplings.
It can be dismantled using a Hammer.
To cook food, left click items from the inventory and hover over the fire as if to drop it. When the cursor turns to a "+", left click on the fire to kindle it or cook food.
